1. Administrative Support for BD, Revenue, and Marketing Teams
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the BD, Revenue, and Marketing departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and maintaining departmental calendars.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support team activities.
2. Corporate Secretary (COMSEC) Functions
- Manage and maintain corporate agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to handle contract reviews and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements for agreements.
3. Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Track progress and ensure milestones are met, providing regular updates to the relevant teams.
- Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders to align efforts.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare and manage reports using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring data accuracy and presentation quality.
- Compile insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all departmental data and documents.
5. Regional Collaboration
- Manage cross-country communication and coordination, ensuring alignment between Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
- Provide administrative and operational support for regional initiatives.
- Travel as needed to support regional activities and build relationships with local teams.
