รายละเอียดงาน- Responsible for General Administration Coordinating in HR Department (Learning and Development Function)
- Coordinate and facilitate in mandatory training and corporate orientation
- Manage the team operations: Training session, meeting room reservation, schedules, room plans, and payment process
- Coordinate and organize every aspect of external and internal event planning (logistics, finance, agenda, communication, etc.)
- Help prepare and follow-up track of Invoices/expenses of the department/unit's budget including issuing PR/PO
- Track each applicable stage of the project throughout its lifecycle and makes sure that critical information is shared among the various stakeholders
