QA Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Inspect and control the production process to meet established quality standards.
2. Analyze and resolve quality issues in the production process using quality tools such as 5Why and 8D Report.
3. Prepare quality system documents, such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and inspection reports.
4. Conduct inspections of in-process and finished products.
5. Support and coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
6. Review and update inspection standards to enhance production efficiency.
7. Support customer audits and external certification audits.
8. Handle customer complaints related to quality and propose improvement plans.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in QA or QC in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other related standards.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, SPC, and others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in quality-related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform measurements
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
