1. Financial Planning and Analysis • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts. • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability. • Prepare variance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions. 2. Financial Reporting • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. 3. Cash Flow and Risk Management • Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure liquidity. • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. • Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. 4. Team Leadership • Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance performance and skill development. • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high levels of accuracy. • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. 5. Compliance and Taxation • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. • Oversee tax filings and ensure adherence to tax laws. • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed. 6. Strategic Support • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations. • Contribute to business growth by identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male or Female age 40-50 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years controller & accounting, financial and analyst. CPD and CPA will be advantagetion.
Experience as Finance Manager in a Hotel or Real Asset will be advantage
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Mango , Express) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
Ability to work collaboratively, and operate under pressure and within fast changing environments
