2.Manage onboarding processes, such as signing contracts, conducting background checks, and creating employee files.
3.Plan and organize onboarding training and job-specific skills training for new employees.
4.Calculate employee salaries, bonus payments and performance appraisals. Oversee the implementation of various welfare policies such as health insurance, pensions and vacation days.
5.Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, such as minimum wage, working hours, and severance compensation. Handle employee-related legal matters such as labor disputes and workers' compensation claims.
6.Design and implement performance appraisal systems, regularly evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback to help employees improve and grow.
7.Manage employee resignations, analyze reasons for resignation and provide recommendations for improving company management
8.Apply for visas and work permits for foreigners. Ensure that foreigners working in Thailand comply with the law.
9.Develop and update company human resources policies and procedures. Promote corporate culture development and ensure alignment of policies with organizational objectives.
