- Manage office supplies and equipment and take care of facility upkeep as part of your administrative responsibilities.
- Manage rental and leasing contracts for things like cars and drivers, laptops, mobile devices, and accessories; take care of reservations for shared cars.
- For business visits, arrange reservations for lodging, travel insurance, and cell roaming services.
- Oversee and keep an eye on drivers' and domestic workers' performance while making sure all paperwork is in order.
- Oversee and assist with workflow processes, payment requests, and staff reimbursement claims.
- Perform extra duties as delegated by the manager.
2. The Duties of Human Resources
- Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- As specified by business policies, administer employee benefits such as group insurance, yearly physicals, and other welfare requirements.
- Plan and coordinate business activities, including vacations, New Year's parties, monthly get-togethers, and festival celebrations.
- Keep track of and create monthly reports that include information on leave, overtime, and attendance.
- Update and distribute resources like newsletters and organizational charts.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the manager.
