2.Team Leadership and Development:
oLead and manage the QA team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
oProvide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and performance.
oConduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous improvement of the team.
3.Compliance and Certification:
oEnsure all products and processes comply with relevant international standards such as ISO, OEKO-TEX, and other textile-specific certifications.
oCollaborate with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to maintain compliance.
4.Process Monitoring and Improvement:
oMonitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
oImplement quality control (QC) checkpoints across production stages to minimize defects.
oLead initiatives to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
5.Customer and Supplier Collaboration:
oLiaise with customers to understand and meet their quality expectations.
oWork closely with suppliers to ensure raw material quality aligns with specifications.
oAddress customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions are taken.
