Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer relationships and maximize sales of BOIRON’s products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, product presentations, and merchandise plans within pharmacies and drugstores that align with BOIRON’s product portfolio.
- Explore new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding the product’s presence in the market.
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff to ensure they are well-informed about product benefits and can effectively promote them to customers.
- Monitor sales performance, ensure targets are met, and provide monthly reports on activities, competitors, and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for the company.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution channels.
- Manage all necessary sales documents and reports related sales activities.
