Location : Euro Creations at Phuket 35/1 Lagoon road, Choeng Thale, Thalang, Phuket
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose the right furniture and accessories to suit their home.
- Demonstrate product features and characteristics, explaining design details and benefits.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, recommending products that align with their requirements to close sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and help meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to payment collection, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Notify customers of any changes or issues with their orders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Continuously review and improve personal performance to meet sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Euro Creations professionally at all times.
- Maintain a neat, organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are clean and visually appealing.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in these fields without formal qualifications will also be considered.
- Prior experience in the furniture, home décor, or retail industry is an advantage (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Availability to work on weekends (8 days off per month).
