Prepare, calculate, and verify employee payroll to ensure timely disbursement.
Maintain employee payroll records and handle bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
Employee relationship management, employee onboarding and resgination management
Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, social security requirements, and labor laws.
Coordinate report submissions to government agencies, such as social security and personal income tax declarations.
Part b:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Record and manage the company’s daily accounting transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, providing accurate financial data.
Assist in company budget preparation and cash flow management.
Ensure financial activities comply with Thai tax regulations and company policies.
