รายละเอียดงาน1. Handle HR roles in each specialist such as Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, and other Human
Resources Management functions. Ensure that the company’s regulations are according to the updated labor law.
Prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy-related issues.
2. Maintain and update employee's data (hires, terminations, vacations, medical leave, and other absences, etc.),
ensuring the confidentiality of personal employee information.
3. Monitoring performance management, Improvement system, Organizational Development, and Salary structure.
4. Conducts training for instructors and supervisors on techniques and skills to manage and teach their employees.
5. Provide advice on labor law and company regulation to all department managers/Expat-Project managers, the
Plant Management team, and all concerned employees.
6. Coordinate and submit reports to relevant agencies such as Social Security, Department of Labor, Labor
Relations, etc.
7. Other tasks required by Top management.
