รายละเอียดงาน• Design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements.
• Create the following documentation such as Requirements documents, Feasibility studies, Design specifications, Flowcharts and diagrams, ER Diagram, Data dictionary, Training documents, Testing documents, User manual, Deployment document, Development plan etc.
• Analyse system requirements, examine existing IT systems and business models.
• Implement, configuration, test feasible solutions and support User.
• Specify and shape the system requirements and operations, the user interface and output and present the proposal to the stakeholders
• Work closely with the client team, IT Support and Helpdesk including manager, software development team during both the report and implementation phase.
• Collaborating with Business analysts, Project leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent
• Investigates customer ‘s business needs and problems, using extensive process experience
• Facilitates customer workshops.
• Preparation and support during SIT/ UAT and Production including handling incidents on production.
