We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team in the manufacturing of electrical systems. This role requires a professional with a strong background in electrical systems and switchboards. The ideal candidate will lead projects, liaise with clients, and support sales initiatives with technical expertise.
Responsibilities
-Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and switchboards.
-Coordinate and present technical solutions to clients, ensuring clear and customer-focused communication.
-Support the sales team with expert advice on switchboard and control panel products.
-Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and professional engineering practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Must hold a professional engineering license at the associate engineer level.
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, particularly with electrical systems and switchboards. Must have a deep understanding of electrical systems to present and coordinate with clients, essential for sales of switchboard and control panel-related products.
- Experience as electrician’s license, or specialized electrical experience is advantageous.
- Positive Possesses a positive mindset and ambition.
- Ability to coordinate with clients from a customer-oriented perspective, with strong communication skills.
- Owns a car and has a driver’s license.
