- Mange Manpower Plan especially migrant worker / Recruitment/ Training& Development/ Labor Relation / Labor Cost analysis / Wage Payroll/ Succession Planning/Welfare and benefits / Annual increment/Grievance Mechanisms/ Union and Labor Case
- Manage Performance Evaluation system / HR Budget and HR Strategics/Disciplinary and action
- Control Social audit such BSCT / SMETA/WWF and Steering team of Labor Standard and White factory project
- Administration : Security / Nurse room / Transportation /Canteen / transportation
- Support Management team : Strategic / HR Policy and Regulator
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Ms. Degree of Human Resource or Related field -Experience in all fields of HRM / HRD /OD/ Labor and HR Strategics more than 10 -15 years
- Positive attitude / Inter Personal skill/ Analytical Skill and Maturity
- Able to travel, main work location in Banbueng, Chonburi and Corporate Office in Bangkok.
- Good knowledge in SMTA / BSCI and International Social audit.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law / Migrant worker
- Fluent in English
- Working at Chonburi factory
- Work half day on Saturday
