รายละเอียดงาน•Study single-line diagrams, basic design of electrical systems, rotating machinery, and electrical utilities and facilities.
•Develop project proposals, including defining the project's scope of work and scheduling requirements. Create detailed estimates leading to funding appropriation and approval.
•Conduct on-site surveys to gather data for power generator studies and basic design.
•Review and approve project work using internal standards, industry practices, and personal experience to ensure safe designs.
•Lead plant design projects in collaboration with EPC contractors, consultancies, and advisors.
•Plan schedules for construction, testing, commissioning, and routine equipment tests at Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
•Monitor and control the quality and schedule of contractor, subcontractor, or vendor work.
•Prepare project progress reports for the management team.
•Review and analyze maintenance histories to facilitate process improvements and develop more productive and cost-effective work plans.
•Verify major and minor inspections and overhauls, as well as technical information for electrical equipment such as transformers, generators, and electrical panels.
•Prepare scopes of work, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical improvement or maintenance assignments.
•Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service companies, and ensure quality control of their work.
•Address and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize unplanned breakdowns.
•Sign and approve engineering drawings and documents, and permits associated with company projects (if necessary).
