I. Position Purpose. The Deputy Managing Director of Stores Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of all retail stores within the organization. This role ensures that the stores operate efficiently, meet company standards for customer service, and drive the achievement of sales and profitability targets. The Deputy Managing Director works closely with other senior executives to develop strategies, policies, and operational procedures aimed at improving store performance and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position requires frequent travel to store locations, and flexibility to manage operations across multiple regions or countries. II. Main Responsibilities: •Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail stores, ensuring high standards of service, product availability, and customer satisfaction. •Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that optimize store performance and align with the company's strategic goals. •Manage and lead a team of store managers and other operational staff to ensure they are motivated, trained, and aligned with company objectives. •Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance operational efficiency and customer service skills. •Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for the stores' growth and performance. •Monitor budgets and ensure stores are operating within financial targets. •Regularly report on store performance, issues, and operational improvements to the Managing Director and other key stakeholders. •Utilize data and analytics to monitor store performance trends and proactively identify areas for improvement. •Liaise with the marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of store operations. •Maintain open communication channels with store managers to address any operational challenges and provide guidance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in retail or store operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple stores or regions.
