•Collaborate with Business Consultants to conduct monthly training sessions, including program refreshers and communication of updates for site operations.
•Utilize digital skills to create engaging training materials, videos, and marketing content.
•Act as a coordinator to escalate and follow up on technical issues with relevant teams.
•Participate in special projects and represent the team as assigned.
