Maintenance Staff - ประจำสาขาอมตะซิตี้ ระยอง

รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct simple maintenance and repair tasks on simple technical equipment (e.g. install/exchange tools, fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.)
- Support the installation and relocation of simple technical equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.) according to guidelines
- Determine and report weak areas
- Eliminate/have eliminated some difficult breakdowns (e.g. process breakdowns, etc.) in machines and fixtures
- Adjust simple machinery/tools to product specifications
- Produce and repair simple equipment (e.g. assembly boards, etc.)
- Implement and document maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment / systems as specified.
- Spare parts management for maintenance
- Implementation and documentation of changes or corrections to machine controls and machining programs as well as parameterization with preparation of the respective data sheets as specified.
- Execution and documentation of checks for correct operation (e.g. mechanical, electrical, etc.) and test runs for equipment / systems.
- Compliance with and / or observe all relevant processes and work instructions in the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate to ensure information flows within the involved departments and to supervisors.
- Identification and elimination (as specified) of vulnerabilities and development of proposals for improvement measures for equipment / systems.
- Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials.
-Establish spare parts and wear part requirements, dispose parts purchases.
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory safety regulations (in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as environmental protection) and the central DRX specifications
-Perform general Maintenance work, doing MFU of Equipment, Support Instrument calibration
-Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Sup.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 1 year experience with Maintenance/Technician in automotive part manufacturing or related field
- Some differing tasks with several potential solutions, including analysis of the situation/cause
- Able to use computer skills (Microsoft office, Microsoft outlook, etc.)
- Able to communication in English
