รายละเอียดงาน•Plan and implement training programs that aligned with the company direction.
•Aligned with Retail Account Manager (RAM) & Team Lead on training schedule to assure the stakeholders involved are well informed.
•Strategically plan to achieve the completion rate for both onsite and offsite training sessions.
•Liaise and coordinate with SEA Retail and Product Team to obtain training materials update as well as validate content accuracy.
•Implement new product introduction training session (comparison, content, ranges and more) for internal stakeholders prior to product embargo date.
•Prepare comprehensive product training with tutorials, test, learning materials, Quiz for attendees (such as promoters, FOS, partner, retail consultant, and RAM) to assess training efficiency together with training summary.
•Provide competitions benchmarking & market insights with relevant FAQs, interactive case studies, relevant content to reinforce learning and training objectives.
•Propose and plan recognition and rewards activities quarterly for outperforming top partner retail sales.
