Job Summary:
We are looking for a Design CAD Engineer with expertise in solar installation and commissioning (I&C) solutions. The ideal candidate will create and refine CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation for solar energy systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize solar panel layouts, support structures, and electrical schematics, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Drafting:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for solar energy systems, including panel layouts, racking systems, wiring diagrams, and structural supports.
- Prepare technical drawings for site plans, electrical schematics, and mechanical designs using CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
2. System Layout & Optimization:
- Develop optimized solar PV layouts based on site surveys, shading analysis, and energy production goals.
- Work with energy simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst or HelioScope) to enhance system performance and feasibility.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the project management, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Attend design review meetings to gather feedback and provide input for improving system designs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CAD design, preferably in the solar industry or renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
