-Collaborate with the real estate team to source and evaluate suitable properties for retail expansion.
-Assist in lease negotiations by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
-Prepare feasibility reports and presentations for management decision-making.
Strategic Planning and Expansion Modeling:
-Develop and maintain expansion models to align with the company’s growth strategy.
-Identify trends and opportunities in untapped markets to support long-term planning.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expansion plans with marketing and operational goals.
Performance Monitoring:
-Track the performance of newly established stores against initial projections.
-Analyze post-opening data to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
-Generate reports on expansion progress and present findings to senior management.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
-Identify and implement improvements in the site selection and evaluation process.
-Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or other analytical tools to enhance site assessment accuracy.
