About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage various administrative and coordination tasks remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing files.
• Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Handle written communication, including drafting emails, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with data entry, research, and maintaining databases.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure all work is performed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
• Exceptional English skills (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working remotely in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as (Teams, Hubspot)
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
