รายละเอียดงาน
-Implement regular quality audits and evaluations of suppliers, participate in the certification activities of new suppliers, and regularly assess the quality performance of suppliers
-Lead and determine the incoming material quality standards with suppliers formulate IQC inspections norms and plans, and provide timely training for IQC
-Drive suppliers to provide corrective action reports and continuous improvement, review root-causes and corrective measures to ensure that supplier issues are fundamentally resolved and improved
-Implement sample and supplier reviews during the new product development process, and participate in design reviews, design validations, design confirmations, and process validation during the new product development process
-Establish a failure issue database, organize quality data of suppliers and incoming material inspections to support continuous improvement in the development process
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in communication electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering or related fields, with at least five years of relevant working experience in supplier quality management or process auditing
- Proficient in applying quality management tools (such as 8D, PDCA, CPK, APQP, MSA, etc.) to control the quality process of suppliers
- Capable of independently leading the annual QPA/QSA audits of suppliers
- Proficient in English reading and writing, and skilled in using office software
- Good communication and coordination skills, proactive in work, and strong ability to withstand pressure
