•Project Planning & Execution:
oDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
oDefine project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., Merchandising, Supply Chain, Trade, IT, Operations).
oGather and document business requirements for the MMS assessment.
oIdentify and manage project risks and issues.
oTrack project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
oIdentify the gap of the features, modules, technologies, and performance of the existing MMS and related systems.
•Stakeholder Management:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and IT teams.
oEffectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
oFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment.
•Data Analysis & Reporting:
oAnalyze existing MMS systems gaps, and data and identify areas for improvement.
oPrepare comprehensive reports on the assessment findings, including recommendations for system enhancements or replacements.
oPresent assessment findings and recommendations to senior management.
