รายละเอียดงาน Position Summary: The Finance Manager is to ensure the reliability and accuracy of all accounting systems including monthly reporting, budgeting, cash flow and quarterly forecasting. The Finance Manager must ensure that all internal and group reporting is completed on time and in accordance with Group accounting policy and IFRS. The manager is also responsible for inventory management of the warehouse in association with the warehouse manager. 1. On time and accurate reporting. On time delivery of Group Reporting Pack, cash flow budgets, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and ad-hoc reports without the need for revisions due to errors. 2.Inventory Management – with the warehouse manager improve Inventory stock accuracy, increase inventory stock turns. Ensure FIFO is always followed and identify and pro-actively manage reduction in slow moving materials. 3. Co-ordinate and review monthly and annual stock takes and investigate stock variances. 4. Develop and improve internal control systems. 5. Compliance testing of stock movement recording and balances. 6. Become a team member and actively contribute to special projects.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related fields.
Minimum five years’ experience in accounting/manufacturing management environment.
Ability to analyst and resolve problems within the department.
Able to manage people fairly and professionally while being able to hold senior staff accountable and responsible, as necessary. Ability to apply discipline and to enforce company principles and values.
Able to develop and motivate staff but equally to be strong as and when necessary.
Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and motivation skills
