- Supervise and support BSI trainer officers and implementation of the training and coaching.
- Prepare training plans.
- Coordinate the writing of company reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with the companies members and ensure good relation and commitment of the company staff
Networking and collaboration with service providers
- Identify and develop working relations
- Participate to working group and workshop
- Lead the development
Programme Improvement
- Capture feedback and contribute to improve our services and messages for successful engagement of companies.
- Contribute to the development of training content.
- Collaborate with the Programme Quality and Research Coordinator.
- Contribute within the Management team to the general strategy.
Programme implementation
- Ensure donor compliance and alignment of the training activities
- Plan and control the spending of training
- Update on a regular basis the indicators and communicate information on training delivery
Programme reporting and monitoring
- Update on a regular basis the indicators and communicate information on training delivery
- Provide inputs and contribute to the development of quality external reports
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team and communication team
HR and public relations:
- Support for recruitment, preparation of staff contracts, staff training, and conducting staff evaluations.
- Promote a constructive and productive working environment. Support information sharing, transparency, and dialogue among the team and with beneficiaries.
- Together with the Management, create and develop the training for BDF team and beneficiaries.
Strategy and partnerships:
- Welcoming and presenting BDF programs and activities to visiting partners and sponsors, liaising with external stakeholders.
- Developing suitable communication material aligned with the ethics and standards.
- Support the creation and implementation of data collection tools.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Language requirements: Fluency in Thai is mandatory. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Other languages such as Khmer, Tai Yai, and Burmese are considered a plus.
- Studies: Graduate qualifications (or a combination of undergraduate and relevant work experience) or a similar background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
- Strong interest in a human/child rights-based approach and social development is necessary.
- Very good interpersonal skills, diplomatie and ability to collaborate with the private sector and corporate.
- Knowledge of SDGs, ESGs, social sustainability, and incentives for private sector engagement would be considered an asset.
- Having experience with non-profit organizations or in the humanitarian sector would also be considered an asset.
- Over 5 years of experience in service delivery, training, curriculum development and networking.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to manage a team to ensure they meet objectives and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment.
- Diligent and structured way of working
- Able to work independently when needed and within a team
- Highly motivated, flexible and interested in social impact
- Solution over problems mentality
