- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including life, health, and dental insurance, as well as managing sick leave, annual leave, and other entitlements.
- Manage the recruitment process by creating and updating job descriptions, staff requisitions, job advertisements, candidate selection, interviews, offer letters, employment agreements, confirmations, and utilizing various recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain induction plans, updating them as necessary.
Coordinate employee hostel requirements, including meal arrangements, caterer negotiations, and housekeeping agreements.
- Plan and organize training programs based on departmental needs to support learning and development.
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget and forecasting.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Generate HR reports and dashboards on a monthly, weekly, or ad hoc basis as required.
- Handle all HR administrative tasks, including licensing and permit renewals.
