Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with airlines, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient air freight handling.
- Work closely with team members to support the needs of assigned customers.
- Develop and maintain regular communication strategies to engage with customers at both corporate and local levels.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to provide a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints tactfully, and finding solutions to complex issues.
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss data for customers and locations to identify and address potential challenges.
- Maintain a strong understanding of airline networks, geographical markets, and cargo trends.
