Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume selecting, organizing interviews, and assisting in hiring.
3. Maintain employee files to ensure all documents comply with legal and company regulations.
4. Assist in employee performance evaluations and career development planning.
5. Organize and implement employee training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
6. Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and issues that arise in the workplace.
7. Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
8. Monitor and analyze human resource data to provide decision support for management.
9. Collaborate with external vendors to manage employee health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
10. Ensure all human resource activities comply with Thai labor laws and relevant regulations.
