Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align telesales efforts with company campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver training programs for telesales staff.
• Partner with Analytics teams to gain insights into customer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
