รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitoring and management of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of all department under controlled in accordance with the organization.
2. Leading of Motivation activities to all employees in all department under controlled have to opportunity in performance development and improvement or awareness on customer focus and made a good working environment and good labor relations atmosphere.
3. Manage and responsibility for Safety, Quality, Productivity including improvement, root cause analysis and countermeasure.
4. Ensure robust safety and security procedures and training are in place and operation are compliance with all required regulations.
5. Review all document, standards of all department under controlled.
6. Manage and Utilize assets in the most efficiency and effective way included manpower ,raw materials, machines, equipment, etc.
7. Responsibility for any assignment from superior.
1. Ensures the production plans and the production process that has actual production meets scheduled requirements.
2. Controls various the factors to ensure maximum utilization of available capacity taking into account available labor, tools, and equipment.
3. Manages, monitors, and controls the capacity planning, production shop order, raw material demands scheduling, tools/DIE/Machine used and etc.. including the in-process improvement function.
4. Coordinates production operations with requirements for finished products and the needs for materials and labor.
5. Collects and analysis data and information & quality control reports to improves production strategies and objectives.
6. Manages, monitors, and controls all processes, make sure all comply with plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, and lead time.

- Sex: Male
- Age : Over 35 Years
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- : At least 10 years experience of Engineering or Production in the automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 system.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Management or orther related field.
- :Good Knowledge in system ISO9001, IATF16949, KPI , Safety, 5S or relate field.
- :Good Knowledge in Production and Operation Management .
- Knowledge of press part, press die and measurement.
- Good command in English.
