1. Manpower Plan and recruiting the employees for manpower enough.
2. Training plans and monitoring for emplyees's until the budget control.
3. Monitoring an annual employee competency evaluation.
4. Monitoring an apply Visa & Work Permit.
5. Supervise and monitor the general work of employees according to the organizational structure.
6. Monitoring and improvemetn for employee attendence.
7. Monitoring and submission of environment report and related document to government.
8. Annual employee competence evaluation.
9. To control employee's salary system with MD, DMD.
10. Monitoring general administrative tasks in accordance with the company's policy.
11. To plan and control social security(KorTor 20/KorTor 26 and related), Tax PND 1 / PND 1 Kor / 50 bis

13. To be plan and review all documents related for submit to government.
14. To be control and review document all department under the chain of command according to the Organization structure.

Safety function ;
1. Monitoring and control factory's safety and environment management.
2. Developing and maintaining Safety & Health Management program, in compliance with the Thai laws and occupational and health requirements as well as related international standards.
3. Ensure risk assessments are carried out to the right standard and frequency to assess likelihood and severity of risks, and ensure robust plans are developed and implemented to mitigate the risks.
4. Design and implement effective safety programs, policies, and procedures, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, making necessary improvements.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety programs are integrated into all staff.
