5. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
6. Respond promptly to complaints and resolve issues to preserve customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.
7. Negotiate agreements and keep detailed records of sales activities and data.
8. Regularly update and maintain reports for the management team.
9. Occasionally travel to up-country locations as required.
10. Work in a KPI-driven environment, consistently meeting sales targets.
