•Perform work in BLC Dept. •General works of site supervision and construction management responsibility •Related documentation and report •Daily report to superior via both verbal and digital communication •Interface and coordinate with clients •Coordinate with subcontractors •Contact Authority for permit issue •Ability in cost control *BLC = Building Life Care Department BLC Department is responsible for all matters regarding Post-Construction and Building Life Cycle Services including Facility Management Services and Maintenance works and providing technical information to client to initiate new projects or expand the scope of works.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
At least 2 years experience in construction site
Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
Good command of English
Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate (Chonburi / Rayong / Ayutthaya / Prachinburi)
Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
