รายละเอียดงาน
•Proceed to bring in raw material, chemical, hardware spare part, consumable, safety equipment, construction work/service and etc.
•Monitor stock inventory, FIFO, delivery, payment conform to schedule/agreement.
•Implement eCVO, ePO, eSupplier, eLECC, eLOC and etc. according to ERP system.
•Check/Compare price, negotiate and work closely with QA/Engineer/Maintenance teams to get the right part of critical items i.e. chemical, project and key contractors for big scale of renovation/construction projects.
•Carry on store spot check, site visit and sourcing effort.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• To participate for QMS, EMS and Safety or other management system is company applies for.
• Awareness on Quality, Waste management and Environmental, Safety.
•Work follows Work Instruction or standard working procedure.
• Shall take addition responsibility as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
• To follow rules and regulation of company.
• Responsible for planning, operating, maintaining, improving on successful OH&S management system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign language, Industrial Technology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in office administration, purchasing, sales representation, or other related fields.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with strong presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and honest, with strong negotiation skills.
