Duties and Responsibilities  Test new tools, new tool follow-up, trouble-shoot difficult jobs, follow-up with tool makers to solve mold issues.  Train new mold setters at the direction of Process engineer.  Set up molds in machines: adjust process for quality production  Remove and store molds and End of Arm Tooling at job completion  Start and complete production runs, submit first and last articles to QA.  Daily shift report to include documented cycle time and operating status of all currently running production cells.  Perform preventive maintenance as directed by Maintenance Coordinator and/or process engineer.  Daily communication with Technical staff on preceding and following shifts.  Assist Process engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering as needed with upgrades, installations, and repairs to Plant Support Equipment and Equipment related to the Building Envelope.  Ability to identify and distinguish color, product clarity and apparent defects while monitoring the product process Other as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and experience.
  2. Knowledge of various measurement equipment i.e. CMM, vision system, optical comparators, calipers, micrometers etc.
  3. Knowledge of Injection molding, process validation and mold validation a plus
  4. Knowledge of organization structure, workflow and operating procedures
  5. Strong willingness to continue education and research required in Industry related Materials and Technology.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to train associates from various departments on manufacturing processes and procedures
  8. Ability to use independent judgment
  9. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and ability to work in a team environment
  10. Self-driven and flexible with an ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment and handle confidential information.
  11. Minimun Education Level : High School graduate or college preferred.
  12. Specialization : Experience instaling, programming, and trouble-shooting automation a plus, Forklift operation.
  13. Min Years of Experience : Minimum 3 years verifiable employment as a molding technician.
