ㆍPlan and execute recruitment budgets and take necessary actions to fulfill vacancies or replacements in coordination with the JV company.
ㆍArrange and manage payroll-related work in a timely manner.
ㆍPlan the annual performance appraisal scheme and budget in alignment with corporate direction.
ㆍMonitor and manage general affairs.
ㆍProvide Thai–Japanese/English translation services as requested.
ㆍArrange Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings according to the schedule.
ㆍCoordinate flight and hotel bookings for business trips as requested.
ㆍPerform any other ad hoc dutie
