รายละเอียดงานAs a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing technical expertise and solutions for our system integration projects. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to identify needs, design IT infrastructure, network, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and cybersecurity solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.
1.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
2.Design and propose IT infrastructure, network architecture, HCI, and cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
3.Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POC) to clients.
4.Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, including cost estimations and solution benefits.
5.Support sales in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders by preparing accurate technical documentation.
6.Stay up to date with the latest technologies in IT infrastructure, networking, HCI, and cybersecurity to provide innovative solutions.
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners.
8.Provide post-sales technical support to ensure successful project implementation.
