ㆍAnalyze sales/budget reports, identify key issues, and create/execute store development plans.
ㆍPlan and execute localized store operations by understanding corporate culture and RAGTAG's CS/VMD.
ㆍEffectively communicate with subordinates to maintain high standards in store operations.
ㆍManage store staff schedules, conduct on-the-job training, provide product training/knowledge, and lead floor staff in achieving sales and other store targets.
ㆍMonitor and manage MD plans, and develop/execute improvement plans based on corporate direction.
ㆍNegotiate with landlords as a counterpart in alignment with corporate business direction.
ㆍMaintain strong relationships with landlords and identify potential locations under favorable conditions.
ㆍLead the recruitment process for front-line staff, working with the HR Department to successfully fill vacant store positions.
ㆍPerform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
