ㆍPlan and execute overall marketing and EC activities as a Marketing Communication Manager with minimal supervision.
ㆍPossess strong communication skills and the ability to complete challenging projects with a small team while maintaining high motivation.
ㆍDevelop and implement digital marketing promotions such as web and SNS advertisements, including planning, analysis, reporting, and improvements. Manage overall marketing communications across all channels with the objective of building brand awareness, including: Social media, Online media, Offline media
ㆍManage third-party digital marketing vendors, including planning, ordering, monitoring, and driving improvements.
ㆍPlan store promotions, conduct data analysis, and prepare reports.
ㆍCreate POP materials and other necessary promotional content.
ㆍEnhance the customer experience through effective CRM strategies.
ㆍOperate and improve the RAGTAG EC site, focusing on front-end UI/UX enhancements.
ㆍOversee day-to-day operations of the online sales department, including inventory management, product display, order processing (including pick and pack), and reporting.
ㆍManage HP banners and landing pages.
ㆍDevelop the RAGTAG CRM application brand, improve UI/UX, and manage push notifications and coupons.
ㆍPerform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
