5.Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, develop procurement plans to avoid waste and shortages.
6.Distribute office supplies and update records promptly for traceability.
7.Assist in preparing procurement plans and perform daily purchasing activities based on needs.
8.Compare supplier quotations to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of purchased materials
9.Monitor the execution of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
10.Handle goods inspection, invoice verification, and payment processing.
11.Assist in evaluating suppliers and maintaining good working relationships.
12.Regularly update supplier information to provide reliable procurement channels for the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - At least 2 years of experience in administrative or procurement-related roles, with a preference for candidates with visa processing experience.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office)
