• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors to order and collect the necessary design drawings • Develop and design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for industrial projects, ensuring they meet the specific needs of factory environments. • Utilize appropriate design methods and tools to create high-quality, functional systems that comply with regulations and client specifications. • Review and verify the BOQ quotations from MEP subcontractors • Request shop drawings from MEP subcontractors and ensure corrections are made until final approval • Understand the owner’s requirements and design the appropriate MEP systems accordingly

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
Minimum of 10 years with a focus on factory construction projects
Previous experience working with Japanese companies is highly desirable
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred
Strong expertise in MEP design, with extensive experience in diverse factory projects
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS-Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, BIM)
Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and contract documents
Fluent spoken and written in English
Well organized, flexible, good attitude, able to handle multitasking
Knowledge of Thai Laws and Regulations for MEP Systems
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
