1.Strategic Oversight of Processes and Workflows: Manage, evaluate, and continuously assess existing processes, identifying areas where efficiencies and improvements can be achieved.
2.Productivity Optimization: Design and implement new workflows and operational procedures to boost overall productivity and ensure smooth commissioning, integration, and adherence to established protocols.
3.Reporting and Documentation: Compile, analyze, and assemble detailed reports that document process performance, status, and any changes made to the workflow.
4.Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize metrics to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and monitor the success of upgrades and process modifications.
5.Communication with Senior Leadership: Present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to executive and upper management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
6.Guidance on Implementation: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to support successful implementation and adoption of process improvements across teams.
7.Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, such as HAZOP studies, to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards in process changes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in quality management or business process engineering, preferably at a senior level in a complex manufacturing environment
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in optimizing petrochemical processes, with a strong track record in driving efficiency and achieving measurable results.
- Technical Adaptability: Skilled in adopting and integrating new technologies into existing processes, with an ability to leverage digital tools to enhance process performance and productivity.
