Position: HR Recruitment
Salary Range: THB 18K - 25K
Days of working: Monday - Friday [08.30 am – 17.30 pm]
Location: 112 Mu 1, Debaratana Road Km.21, Sisa Chorakhe Yai Sub-district, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan Province 10570, Thailand
Contract type: Outsource by PRTR 1 Year (Up to Permanent)
Main Responsibilities
-Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
-Coordinate and manage interview schedules by liaising with hiring managers and candidates to confirm suitable time slots, including communication via phone and email.
-Handle documentation and perform administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.
-Facilitate smooth interview day operations, offering support to both candidates and interviewers as needed.
-Communicate interview results to candidates via email promptly and professionally.
-Assist in organizing and representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
-Provide operational assistance for training processes, onboarding procedures, and welfare reimbursement processes as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies. (New Graduated are welcome)
- Good command of English, particularly in reading and writing.
- Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR support is an advantage.
- Exceptional service-minded attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling tools and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
