Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Inspection:
•Inspect raw materials, in-progress items, and finished products to ensure compliance with Gessner quality standards.
•Conduct regular production quality checks to identify defects or deviations.
•Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
•Inspect finished machines to ensure functionality and performance.
•Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for traceability.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
•Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
•Prepare quality reports and provide actionable feedback to production teams and management.
Compliance & Safety:
•Ensure compliance with company quality assurance policies and industry standards.
•Support internal and external quality audits.
•Promote workplace safety by addressing potential hazards during inspections.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication or welding, with a solid understanding of what constitutes a quality weld.
- Proficient in using inspection tools.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with welding processes and steel manufacturing is essential
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
