รายละเอียดงาน
1.Statistical analysis of product process control data.
2.Review of product process flow documents, process optimization, and standardization.
3.Lead and promote quality improvement projects, responsible for confirming the effectiveness of improvements for major process quality abnormalities.
4.Develop quality assurance plans for mass production and establish quality indicators.
5.Monitor the impact of engineering changes on product quality, review compliance, and assess the feasibility of introducing new processes and technologies.
6.Assist in handling customer complaints, promote improvement and prevention of complaint-related issues.
7.Support internal/external audits of the process system and implement improvements.
8.Training and promotion of professional quality tools.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- More than 4 years of experience in quality management related to the automotive industry;
- Experience in testing and monitoring key process indicators and failure analysis in the automotive industry;
- Experience in leading quality projects, with Six Sigma and QCC (Quality Control Circle) application experience;
- Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control);
- Chinese proficiency: HSK Level 5 or above is preferred;
- English proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or above is preferred;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and handle work pressure;
- Proficient in using common computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
