รายละเอียดงานPurpose:
1. Responsible to follow up WHT certificates from customers and forwarded to tax team.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact clients to enquire on WHT certificate submission status through phone and email and ensure all pending cert is received.
2. Track and monitor the status of WHT certificates received from clients.
3. Forward the WHT certificates to the tax team.
4. Identify issue related to delay in WHT certificates early and highlight to tax team for resolution (if required)
5. Provide status updates to managers on a weekly basis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing Collections role
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting is a plus
- Experience in a call centre is a plus (Collections or customer service)
- Experience using Oracle Financials Cloud system is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excel Skills
