รายละเอียดงาน
1. Product Development:
Design and develop new textiles, garments, and other product prototypes in line with market trends and customer requirements.
Collaborate with design, R&D, sample room, technical teams, and marketing teams to ensure innovative product launches.
2. Process Development:
Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices.
3. Material Sourcing and Innovation:
Identify, evaluate, and source innovative materials that align with business objectives.
Foster relationships with suppliers and research institutions to access cutting-edge materials.
4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all products meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Establish procedures for incoming quality control (QC) to test and inspect raw materials, ensuring durability and compliance with quality standards or higher-level requirements.
Troubleshoot issues during the production process to maintain consistency and reliability.
5. Sustainability & Compliance:
Champion sustainable practices in material sourcing and production processes.
Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Document technical specifications, production data, and testing results.
Prepare reports on production issues, solutions, and product performance for management.

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related fields
- Experience in textile production or product development 5 years
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
