•HR Senior Executive is to effectively manage and optimize the human resources within a manufacturing plant or facility to ensure a productive and compliant workforce that contributes to the plant's success.
•Location: Prachinburi, 304 Industrial Park.
Job Responsibilities :
•Lead recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, short-listing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with plant management.
•Foster positive relations among employees and management, address employee concerns, and promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
•Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, taking proactive steps to address any legal or policy-related issues.
•Develop and implement training programs as per internal and external requirements.
•Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and work on performance improvement plans for employees.
•Overseeing the payroll process, time sheet records, PND.1, PND.1Kor, Social Security Fund, Workmen’s compensation, and Group insurance related to employee benefits.
•Manage employee benefit programs such as health insurance and retirement plans, ensuring employees are well-informed and their needs are met
•Promote a safe working environment, implement safety protocols, and address HSE concerns within the plant.
•Adhering to safety regulations, the 5 S principles, HSE activity as per HQ/Subsidiaries safety policy, and the ISO system
•Gathering and updating relevant laws, such as labor regulations, industry standards, safety protocols, and customer-specific requirements, to ensure compliance.
•Align HR strategies with the plant's overall business objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives support growth and competitiveness.
•Maintain clear and open communication with plant management, employees, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and disseminating HR-related information.
