รายละเอียดงาน
This role involves overseeing and inspecting the entire production process, from the receipt of raw
materials to the final products, including all components related to production. The responsiblities
include identifying defects and discrepancies that may impact operations, generating detalled reports, and
ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
ㆍMonitor, document, and take necessary actions to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process
production, and finished products.
ㆍInspect in-process production by reviewing specilications and production records, performing visual and
measurement tests, and recommending adjustments to the production manager as needed.
ㆍCollaborate with various departments to ensure and maintain compliance such as GTP or GMP
standards, covering personnel, equipment, facilities, documentation, and operations.
ㆍPrepare monthly inspection reports, identify quality issues, and utlize management tools such as CAPA
(Corrective and Preventive Actions) and deviation reports to address and resolve these issues. Report
findings to the Quality Management Manager.
ㆍWork with the Production and QC teams to investigate root causes and resolve non-compllance issues.
ㆍParticipate in internal audits as scheduled and ensure adherence to the audit plan.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Quality Management Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's in a related science field (Pharmacy, Medical technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Blogy, etc.)
- At least 1 year as a QA Inspector (Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of quality management system such as GMP, GDP, ISO, or others
- Attentive, detail-oriented and detail-focused.
- Committed to standards and capable of withstanding resistance.
