4)Warehouse KPI management: Inventory Accuracy, Picking Accuracy, Time of Inbound Arrival to stock, return order inbound on time, SN upload upload complete and accuracy etc.
5)Analyze warehousing data, control inventory turnover, improve turnover efficiency
Logistic supplier management
1)Logistic cost analyze and cost down management
2)Logistic KPI management: delivery on time, original POD return on time, POD upload integrity rate monitoring etc.
3)PO MOQ rule implementation and monitoring, FTL order loading rate improvement
Develop new supplier resources to improve SCM performance
1.SCM related analyze report output
2.SCM whole team management, coach team members to improve their abilities and efficiency and aim to build a high-level team
3.All other duties that are assigned by SCM director
